The Bureau of Plant Industry-Crop Pest Management Division (CPMD) staff, Ms. Russ-Uzi Mayenne A. Ebora, and Ms. Jade E. Sanidad attended & participated a training on โ€œCoaching for Performance Using The Grow (Goal, Reality, Option, and Will) Model” hosted by the BPI-Human Resources Section (BPI-HRS) last April 3-5, 2024 at the Boy Scout of the Philippines, Los Baรฑos, Laguna.

The training aims to: a) understand the four stages of the GROW Model, b) apply GROW Model to conduct effective coaching conversations for performance improvement, and c) develop Individual Development Plans (IDP) for direct reports which is one of the requirements for accreditation for Performance Management System on the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
