BPI-CPMD attends Training on Art Facilitation and Training Design for Trainers | March 12-15, 2024

The Bureau of Plant Industry-Crop Pest Management Division (CPMD) staff, Mr. Mar De Guzman and Ms. Jade Enot-Sanidad attended & participated a Training on Art of Facilitation and Training Design for Trainers held at the Boy Scout of the Philippines, Los Baños, Laguna last March 12-15, 2024.The goal of the workshop is to: a) empower participants to design engaging and effective training experiences; b) cultivate adaptability in facilitation approaches for diverse audiences and contexts;c) develop proficiency in crafting impactful training materials that enhance learning; and d) foster a participant centered learning approach for improved knowledge retention.
