The Department of Agriculture's highly esteemed USEC Cheryl Marie Natividad-Caballero of HVCDP gave a brief overview of the project's history and objectives. Dr. Celia Medina joined this project as well, lending her extensive expertise on the Cecid Fly to support the initiative's conduct. FPA representatives led by Maribel M. Querijero identified and addressed several questions about the deployment of pesticidal products. The discussions were facilitated by the sharing of ideas and engagement of each BPI division: Crop Pest Management Division, Crop Research and Production Support Division, and Plant Product Safety Services Division, including duties, areas of responsibility, calendar activities, and project budget.
